New Orleans Harley-Davidson® will try to respond to your contribution request if we can identify with the effort or the cause. We try not to base our decision upon whether our own self-interest will be helped by responding or hurt by not responding.
We will ask three questions:
Is your organization or event clearly non-profit or charitable? If not, we consider you to be a customer and we thank you for your patronage.
Is your request coming from an organization that will improve the educational, cultural, or civic vitality of this community?
Does contributing to your organization touch on our prioritized areas of concern?
Due to the exceedingly large number of inquiries, please understand that we are unable to grant all requests. It is important to receive applications in a timely manner, which will allow requests to be reviewed in a time frame conducive to your organization and our ability to grant requests. New Orleans Harley-Davidson® will review requests on a weekly basis and recipients will be notified accordingly. We request that your organization complete and submit the following Donation Request Form via fax or in person. The form must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event.
